Meet Tatiana Spears, MBA

Tatiana is an experienced marketing professional specializing in inbound marketing. From content planning to content creation, she has contributed and led marketing teams in the healthcare, finance and NGO sectors.

Most notably, Tatiana has contributed to the launch of the first U.S. crypto banking app with Vast Bank; the first FDA-approved mobile balance testing app with Sway Medical; and successfully raising $2 million dollars for a non-profit capital campaign. She has also worked on projects with top brands including Nintendo, Whole Foods, General Electric, SAP and Coinbase.

She is the host of the More Than Worthy Podcast, a resource for purpose-driven professionals who want to take immediate action on practical insights to advance their careers, build authentic relationships, and fuel their faith. Because every person is more than worthy to experience a life they love.

Tatiana completed her Bachelor of Arts in International & Community Development as well as Master’s of Business Administration at Oral Roberts University. One of her most influential experiences was participating in Boston University’s study abroad program in London. She studied public policy and public health from professors at the London School of Economics and interned at London Bridge Hospital.

Tatiana is originally from Los Angeles, California and currently lives in Syracuse, New York. She loves to bake, hike, spend time with friends and family, and whisper sweet nothings to her overworked Nespresso machine.
